We had a lovely stay at a cozy apartment in a beautiful location. It was so easy to get around and explore the nearby attractions. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a coffee pod machine which was a nice touch. We even received a thoughtful hamper upon arrival. The staff were amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bootham In Style.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as a leak in the bathroom and a lack of items in the kitchen, they were promptly addressed by the staff. The sofa bed was advertised as a two-person bed but was actually only suitable for one person, which was a bit inconvenient.

Unlocking and locking the front door was a hassle every time. the toilet was blocked upon arrival.
